Day 1:
Versa Push-ups: 4x10

Bent over row:45lb (4x12,10,8,8)
SS
Press: 45lb (4x8,8,6,6)

Hanging straight leg raise: 2x15
SS
Sit-ups: 2x15

KB hangclean: 1.25 pood: 5x8

movement prep: 25 mins

Day 2:
Front Squat: 3x6 (135/150/185)
ss
DB Lunge: 45lbs: 3x12/side

Romanian Deadlift: 225lbs 4x5
SS
Push-press: 4x5 (95/95/135/135)

Man Makers: 4x2: 135lbs

cool down: 15 mins
