Get up....get up and fight...or die trying...

Learning to train with pain...with soreness, stiffness, sharp stinging in my body.  Is something I've learned to tolerate and get around.  Sometimes it can be overwhelming especially when numbness sets in and keeps my body from functioning.

Push-presses become more of a challenge...Deadlifts have become painful...SEALS are the bain of my existence right now...but I keep doing them.

10 hour days of physically beating myself down...sleep being in short supply and my personal life being at strain....makes anyone question their motives.  I do have a strong family however, and I'm just too damn stubborn to give in to all of those saying that I'll never make it....and to those I give a defiant F*$& YOU with my sideways middle finger to the world....yes I hate the world and most people in it....

I know one day, society will start to tear itself apart...total chaos will take control and those desperate enough will look up and scream, "SAVE ME."....I will look down...kneel and whisper, "....no...."
