Through the fire I cast myself anew....

...so there's a new heat wave coming in, and here I am stuck inside this metal box and the noise will just not stop...

...trying to find any excuse to just walk out of it, if only for a minute...yet I know there will be no relief once I leave...

...guess I'm here until they give me that call, letting me know I finally passed their judgement...

So even with the heat, exhaustion and the lack of sleep setting in, I still like to get out and shake it loose to see if I've still got an edge on all the rest of the dumb F*#'s I have to deal with everyday...Here goes:

Incline Presses: 5x 12 reps
(super set)
DB Floor wipers with 50lbs/side: 4x 10reps/side

Floor roll outs :3x 10 reps
(super set)
Pull-ups: wide grip: 3x 10 reps
(super set)
Dips: 3x10 reps

SEALs: 5x 8 reps/ 95lbs

135lbs on a barbell...I took it for a ride while I try not to notice everyone either staring, walking away or trying to ask a dumb ass question while I'm actually working while their stealing my oxygen...if only we used sterilization in this country...
god what a relief that would be....

135lbs: Dead lift to push up to hang clean to push-press to overhead squat/ and repeat: 3x 4reps....a good day...

(2 days later)

So I found my "courage corner" today.  Felt good and bad all at the same time.... at least I still know how to find my weakness through strength....and my strength in weakness

4 rounds/circuit style of:
1 pood KB swings/20 reps/side
Hang cleans/5/side
(super set)
Presses/5/side

Russian Pumps...followed by 5 Min's of Turkish Get-ups alternating hand grip every rep...
I got somewhere around 60 reps total yet my shoulders are actually feeling good...I'll see how they will function tomorrow.
