Through the grind...a new pain comes...

"...starting to get hot as the sun comes from behind the clouds.  there is no hiding from it and it won't let up.  Too many people with nothing to do with the money they got...perhaps I could persuade them...give them a purpose...."
So I'm doing some Windmills with my KB.  So there is a sharp shooting pain in my left shoulder again.  Doesn't mean I'm going to stop.  Everyday that I'm not training, my enemy is getting stronger....

"...god...is there a god?  there is a god....there is?  just another stop with another name attached to another number.  we are processed as numbers everyday, yet all they can think about is their hair, make-up and S*#&@y SUV and if it has the right kind of chromed wheels or not...   god...give me strength...I've never believed in you before...seen the work of your children as they kill each other...before my eyes...everyday...no letting up...."
KB Windmills: 5x5
(superset)
KB Presses: 5x5/side

still trying to work this shoulder through it.  can't let up now, tomorrow fast approaches...

"10 tons....that's all I have to move everyday....just 10 tons of mostly useless S&#@ for people who could give a F#$%....please give me that call...I'm waiting, wanting to burn through the fire...give me the reason to unwind and take it out on the poor soul standing against me...."
KB Snatches: 5x5

I'm taking time on the left side as the pain is getting sharper then duller, sharper then duller.  Back and fourth, so there could be possibly two answers to what's going on.  I might have strained the rhomboid just in front of the shoulder blade, or I could have possibly strained my rotators cuff if which I would simply say I'm screwed.  Rhomboid strain I can work around/through with reasonable care and healing will be minimal for further damage.  A rotator cuff could range from a slight strain to a full blown tear as these feel relatively the same since I've done both to the same shoulder at different times.  Still able to function yet with constant pain....
...guess it's just another body part for the hurt locker.
