And on this day...we rest....

  Having a full week of heavy work and on top of that some heavy lifting/training.  A body can take some abuse but after a while, it will tell you "no more".  So I took most of the day to just keep a low active level and keep my body moving but no exertion unless needed.  Walked most of the day and spent time with the family...

There has been some weird Karma in the air over the last 48 hours....maybe its just that I'm getting more tired of people and their complete lack of effort in anything they do anymore...Just entitlement and bigotry and being a perfect example of what not to aspire to with $*#! loads of hypocrisy...

Stay in the slow lane with your cell phone on...at least when you finally wreck you won't be a road block to the rest of us to actually work for a living...use your turn signal even when your not turning...at least there we'll know where to find your body/car on the side of the road/house you crashed at....speed speed all you want because when you finally do get around me going 100mph you'll go the equivalent of 40 yds only to get stuck behind the slow bastard that's on their cell phone with the turn signal light on in the fast lane....

The body is meant to only perform 6 motions.  No more and no less.

1. Push - and anything related to the pressing of an object away from your upper torso
2. Pull - any movement that brings an object closer to your body
3. Bend - every time you lean down to get a dollar off the dirty street while you show your plumbers ass to everyone...

4.Twist - Chubby Checker
5. Lunge - Image climbing stairs, only with effort and without high heels...
6. Squat - you can sit on the toilet right? You can squat then....
