I made it to the center for my 3rd day in a row of training. Actually took today off since I know that my body needs a rest before they try to throw everything they've got at us tomorrow.
Incline presses with 70's. Felt fine, almost light during my 5 sets of eight.
rounds of heavy cable rows, sit-ups and pull-ups
probably 6 to 7 rounds and repetitions were from 5 on the heavy side to 12 on the moderate side.
I didn't really pay attention since I was with my wife and I was more conserned with spending time with her. It's been a while since was last talked....
Finally got to the heavy bar and began my weight and rep ladder at the deadlift.
1. 135 for 15 reps X2
2. 205 for 8 reps X2
3. 225 for 5 reps X3
4. 280 for 2 reps X3
Felt good since I was last under the heavy bar was about a year and a half ago. Pulled almost 400 that day...
I'm out of practice but I'm not out of touch of what I know my body can do. Also what I know I'm capable of now in context...I will regain and I will rise again....Just a matter of time now....
