Another Day at the Office

Here it is July and almost a friggin month since I last posted!  Well I guess I'll get started by saying that I've been on a dual workout that rotates 4 days out of a week.  I've started to rotate in RKC Mininum at least two more days to keep my shoulders and heart healthy.

Today was more of a power and torso day:

Deadlifts:  6 rounds
2 - 135lbs for 10 reps (superset) Versa Push-ups for 10 reps
2 - 185lbs for 5 reps (superset) Versa Push-ups for 12 reps
2 - 205lbs for 2 reps (superset) Versa Push-ups for 15 reps

SEALS: 95lbs
3 rounds of 3 reps (superset) Half Turkish get-up with 25lbs 3 reps

Barbell Shrugs: 4 rounds 225lbs for 6 reps
(superset) with Standart Push-ups for 10 reps

Floor Wipers: 3 rounds 95lbs
12 reps (superset)
25lbs DB Push-Pulls 3 reps/side

Rolling Children: 3 rounds of 8 reps
(superset)
Pull-ups: 8 reps/bw

That's it for the day, I have been alternating between a upperbody/strength day followed by a lower body/power/torso day.  Tomorrow I'll follow some NW principles and RKC afterward.  Got alot on my plate right now and my wife reminded me of that.  I still feel like I'm falling behind as I wait...funny how that goes.  You feel like your preparing all while just trying to tread water before they call your name....good luck to us all....

Until next time.....

Strength, Honor, Respect...
