Here is to a New Beginning!

It has been almost a year since any post have been made to this blog. Let's begin...


Today I worked on flexibility mostly with tightness in my hips and lower back. This took about 25 mins while my wife also stretched. My goal is to utilize this blog as post for my own workouts and with also fitness/life information I have gathered along the way. I have many people to thank and hopefully all of this will lead to a position serving on a police department. My ultimate goal to so serve on a federal law enforcement agency/ serving my country.


Incline Presses 2x10
TRX crunch/push-up 2x 10
Single leg Press 2x 6/side

Straight back rows 2x15
Y's 10
Swimmers Pull 10
Oblique Crunch 1x 8/side
Power Pull 10/side

It is like I am starting all over again, I used to be much stronger, faster, and had better endurance. I've taken many steps back but I am re-gaining my focus and ready to get started on my quest...
