I warmed up after a 10 hour day.... it took me about 12 mins to just loosen up my back. It has been stiff and been giving me some resistance at work. I'll just have to ignore it till the weekend...
All movements were for 2 set all performed on the TRX suspension trainer.
Repetitions were kept at 10 for each set:
-Suspended Lunge
-Single leg squat
-Sprinter's Start
-Hamstring
-Hip Press
-Hamstring Bicycles
-High Bicep Curl
-Tricep Press
-High Rotation
-Side Plank with taps
-Suspended Crunch
(60sec. break)
-Incline Press
-Crunch/Pushup
-Single Leg Chest Press
-Elevated Back Row
-Single Arm Power Pull
-Swimmer's Pull
-Y Raise
-T Fly
-Low Deltoid Fly
-Standing Back Extension
-Oblique Crunch
I finished the work out with a 1.25 pood (35lb) Kettlebell exercise
Hangclean to Press to Snatch
1 round, 6 reps per side.
That was it....I hope to start feeling better tomorrow. I can only start turning up the intensity from here...I watch as others I have trained and teach, now surpassing me with their work and their performance. I feel as if I have let them and myself down because I have lost alot of what I once had...but I will gain it back...just not at the pace I would like.
Working at a physically demanding job 10 hours a day. Day in and day out and trying to train on top of it all...it's alot to ask my body as I have trying to re-focus my mind to my ultimate goal...
Until tomorrow...
