Just like the first time...

  Ever walk into the place where you know your going to sweat and still work hard.  Yet it feels almost like that first time you stepped across the threshold years ago?

Felt that again and it seemed as though I had been out for longer than I had been in the rough.  Could hardly find the motivation, even when tuning everything (and everyone) out still felt harder to move. 

5 rounds of
Pull-ups: to fatigue
Dips: to fatigue

3 rounds of Turkish get-ups with 40lbs
3 rounds of Shrug holds with 120lbs

Single leg squats (3 rounds of 3)
Medicine Ball push-ups (3 rounds of 10)

25lb dumbbell push-pulls (3 rounds of 5 /side
