Push Up to Mtn. Climber 4x12
KB Alternating Swings 4x15

Knee Fall to Push Hold 4x10
KB Dead Lift 4x12

Break 2 min

Relay Circuit: 4 Rounds
Walking Lung - Side Walking Push Up - Sprint - Bear Crawl - Navy Rest: 35 sec each

1 Mile Spring: 10 to 7 min pace.
