BB Lunges - 5/side x 4
DB Dead Lift - 10x 4

DB Thrusters 12 x 4
Superman's 15 x 4

2 Rounds: 1 min per movment or 45sec per side

75 Push Ups
75 Sit Ups
45 Push Ups
45 Sit Ups
15 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
