10 Dive Bombers
5 Inverted Push-ups
8 Pull Ups

3 rounds of:
5/side - Rocking Push Ups
40lbs Windmills 5/side
20 Body Squats

Deadlift - 6 rounds:
135lbs 20 reps
155lbs 10 reps
225lbs 5 reps
245lbs 3 reps
265lbs 2 reps
135lbs 15 reps
