Day 2

After some time to start up the engine after it has been sitting on high revs for a while.

Take the second day to open up the overworked back and hips. 
Foam Rolling - 20 mins
Movement Prep: Lower Kinetic Chain - 20 mins

Move to the shoulder complex on the next round
Foam Rolling - 10 mins
Pre-hab - 8 mins
E-stem :think electric shock but locally for your muscles, it hurts but it makes the long term pain go away

Looking forward to the next day...
