Weekend Workout

So the challenge was simple.  Take two kettle bells of equal weight.  Find a combo movement to cycle through for a set period of time and see how many repetitions of quality (good as opposed of simply going through the motions) you can perform within the set period of time.

Weight: 2 44lb KB's
Movement: Dead Hang Clean to Double Front Squat to Full Standing Press. 
That counts as a single repetition.

Time: 30 mins

Total Repetitions: 45 (of quality)
60 Repetitions overall.
