Ghost in the Machine...

So as I progressed through the day I kept getting calls from those whom I have not spoken to in perhaps years...and it seems there is life in the process...gave me an excuse to catch up and see how old friends are doing...

Now watching a program..and seeing a discipline that is not a discipline at all...it's just a bunch of exercises...it has its own website, sponsoring nothing but its own vanity...you can find a "chapter" in just about every major city/town in this nation as well as many overseas locations..."we specialize in nothing but choose to master everything"...which means when shit really comes...your perfect nutrition and "FITNESS" (notice how I am trying not to name this organization, but you have probably picked up on this yet)will count for nothing,  as you will be tired, fatigued, working on no food, water and already injured...could you still push forward? trying and see just how fit you are when you haven't eaten in 3 days
...scored workouts?  Are you serious?  What the hell happened to actually training for something?  Much like the training that those in special forces through out the world....nothing is wasted...nothing flashy...everything is FOR SOMETHING!!!
...yet there is such a universal adoption of this...from doctors to soccer moms to early retirees...like it is not the popular kids club...when all along no matter how much you try to enter what you do not know...just as superficial as the rest of your life...makes me sick...
but I digress...
