Step Up...

"...drive your hips forward...keep your weight back on your feet..."  "it's just 225Lbs...nothing more than what you'll be told to move every day for 24 weeks...."  "...keep breathing...yes your light headed...yes your ears are ringing...just keep breathing..."

"...I know it's coming...it will be here soon...sooner than I expect.."

So by the preview you can expect that I was finally feeling better again.
There has been a round of activity everyday for over a week.  Either calisthenics,
kettle bell work or suspension training for 30mins at a time.  I even got my family/friends in on the deal.  Either by phone call or email everyday after work to remind me I have to workout before heading to bed.  Even on the heavy/hot/shitty days....
