10 days...and counting....

  Much has changed in the few weeks since the last posting.  What may be the most drastic is that I have not trained hard nearly at all till last night.  Moving (which requires much effort if you have heavy furniture), letting go of one job while taking another, counting down the weeks/days/hours till this final test.  Not knowing if this will be my release to carry forth towards my ultimate goal....or just to fall back into more waiting....

In the mean time, I've taken a new student under my wing....there is something to be said about someone who is hungry for knowledge and to improve themselves....reminds me those years ago when I would not take no for an answer and I was determined to win and to overcome no matter the odds...

Over time, the mentality can be worn down...I am praying to finally begin my journey that I have been preparing for....I believe this has been more of a mental/psychological rest than a physical one....
