What's next?

  Ever get the feeling like you've been punched in the ear only to turn and knock the fucker out who hit you only to find no one is there?

Guess it has been one of those episodes,  just trying to keep things together.  In my life, in my head and I'm still told to wait...just wait...
Even training like I would want to comes as a challenge as more demand is placed on my shoulders while all I want is to escape and tell those soulless bastards to burn....burn like I know they should.

The date is just over a month away, it might as well be another year...
With my anger I try to crush all who stand in my way, knowing that I'm only burning the world around me.

4 rounds of each, no rest until it is over:
10 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
5 Dips
20 Flutter Kicks
*water*
5 Suspended Push-ups
3 Windmills/side
5 Hesitation Push-ups
