To the Pain....Through the Pain....

"...get up...get off your knees and crawl back to your feet if you have to...get up because no one is here to help..."

10 rounds of:
-20 Push-ups
-50 Body Squats

4 rounds of:
-10 Pull-ups
-20sit-ups
-20 Push-ups

2 rounds of:

25 hanging knee raises
50 sit-ups
50 Flutter kicks (4 count)
50 Crunches
25 weighted sit-ups

"....keep breathing....each batch of air you take in is defying the odds...never lets them win...never lets them feel as if they can take over...

get up...and make them pay..."
