Out in the Rain...

Well not really, just with the background of thunder and rain to come....felt like a good evening to RKC.

1.25 Pood (45lb) KB
5 rounds of 5 reps
Hangclean/to Swing
Snatch

Bent Over Row: 4 rounds of 10 per side
One Leg Push-ups: 15/per leg 4 rounds
Halo's 20 reps
Press: 5 rounds of 5/side

just more heat and time for the good ol' knee injury to come back, guess I'm hitting the pavement a little too much....
the 25th....I hope it will end soon...
