Push/Pull

The goal for this day is for Maximum Tension through your movements. 

Try for a simple upper body push/pull complex.

Start for a 5 by 5 set/rep load

Find a weight/resistance that will tax your anabolic system but hardly touch your aerobic system.
My weights are on here for reference and for me to remember...in case I forget...
(have fun....hehe)

Incline Press (BB or DB) 145lbs

Cable Row 120lbs

Shoulder Press 95lbs

Lat Pulldown 150lbs


Tri-cep Push up BW
-superset
High Pull 70lbs
