35 mins as my work time
20 mins of movement prep (trying to keep my back and hamstrings loose)
4 rounds of each, with as little rest as possible between to keep my heart rate up.

Cleans to Press 5 reps/side
Dead Cleans to Windmills 5 reps/side
Cleans to Press 5 reps/side

I guess you can say that I'm starting to turn a corner, tossing off the dust and getting back to what I love the most. My crazy Russian techniques and theories and my application of them. Working on taking care of domestic chores that have been on the back burner for a while and I am grateful that I've had the time to catchup and refocus on the important priorities in my life, regardless of what may seem to be taking up my time....
