Maddening day....

..."listening to Made of Tears, trying to lower my anger before I take some rest..."


8 rounds into my 10 rounds of push-ups...just resting only about 20 seconds between...a tabata set-up.
15 reps, ladder down to 12 then to 10...but no less...
Got my Pull-ups and dips to come...come on shoulders, hang in there...

"...every day is just like the last, only those with greed and lust in their hearts are positioning themselves to take more and more from the souls of those who actually give a damn...if a revolution came tomorrow...I wouldn't be too upset...just saddened for the country that could have been....just got too caught up within itself due to denial and bigotry, hypocrisy and sloth...."


15 mins of 5 pull-ups super sets by 5 dips on the minute every minute.
Renegade rows with 30 lbs on each side: 3 rounds of 10...anyway you can get to them...rest no more than you have to...10 to 30 secs...

Presses Russian Style with 45lb...5 rounds of 5
super set those by bent over rows of 50lbs 5 rounds of 5 on each side...
