Spartan...and angry...grrrrr

Day 1:
Density Pull-up: 20 sets/3 reps every 20 seconds
Deadlift: 135lbs 5x5
Push-ups: 5 x 20 reps
(superset)
Static Lunges: 5x 20 sec/leg
High Plank: 5x30sec
Squat Thrust: 8x 20sec
(A few hours later)
Dead Clean & Press: 3x10/arm 1 pood KB (35lb)

It hurt so good....guess it never gets old...

I won't give up....I'll never give up...
