Dead Hang Pull-up: 2 rounds for 1 min
Inverted Row: 3x5
Half Pull-up: 1x12
Static Hold: Chin over Bar: 1 for 38 secs

Deadlift: 5x10 176lbs
2 Hand KB Swing: 5x12 1.25pood
Hip Extensions: 3x10

KB Floor Press: 5x10 1.25 pood/hand
Bent Over Row: 5x10 1.25 pood/hand

TRX Wide Push-up: 2x10
Dead Clean: 3x10/hand 1.25 pood

Farmer's Walk: 3x100ft per round...
