It is 9pm and I have to be up in 7 hours....how can I get something productive down when I'm ready for sleep to embrace me and allow for brief peace....
Right knee has come back and won't settle....
Perhaps I'll just go through pft work....
here I go....ten rounds of each
20 push-ups
40 sit-ups
20 Body Squats....
for time...I'll post later...
