Smile my friend...I see you coming...

  Tired,  sore and wanting this day to get into tomorrow.  Knees are hurting, back is burning and shoulders are stiff and achy.  Moving through the day is getting in the way of my training.  Even now I've just settled down into a ten rounds of 12 push-ups and 10 pull-ups. 

Finished now yet I feel the need to do more...mind is willing yet the body fails....failed myself.  Perhaps I'll push for more after I'm done here.  Get another one tomorrow, cause I know the training that is coming...and it is unforgiving.  Doesn't care who you are, where you come from or what you did before.  The standard is the standard and nothing less.  Either I'll get through or I'll break my body to come up short.  

Sleep is deep, short lived and leaves me wanting more when I rise before the rest of the dead.  I'll make sure they are all behind,  even as my first steps each morning are the most painful...
