A call that may never come....

The times were set and the dates were scheduled....at least I thought so.  Even after following up for conformation...nothing was written down and now I am a ghost in the machine again....figures...

5 rounds of 5 reps: front squats - 135lbs
(Superset) Push-ups: 12 reps

4 rounds of Dead lifts - 135lbs: 15 reps
(superset) Push-ups: 15 reps

Weighted Lat Pull-downs: 4 rounds - 140lbs, 180lbs, 200x2
8 reps, 6 reps, 4x4

I'm running the equivalent of 3 miles a day.  Dozens of dead lifts, lunges, pulls and squats on top of that as well.  Shoulders are sore, back burns and knees are stiff...why do I keep running myself in this gauntlet...why am I waiting for a call that may never come...and answer that will never find its problem....

Part of me wishes I had just gone through the MEPS process and I could have been going through SERE training at this point...on the pipe line...on my way to the show...

I could disappear then...serve and disappear at the same time....
