Another Day goes by:

  Now that I've got a set mission, a date, a goal that is now not so abstract.

Another day goes by till my chance arrives....

DB Thrusters: 25lb dumbells
5 rounds of 12 reps
(superset)
Deadlifts
5 rounds of 10 reps

Lat Pull down: 5 rounds
110lbs 15 reps
120lbs 12 reps
160lbs 10 reps
180lbs 8 reps
200lbs 4 reps x2

(superset each round with 15 push-ups)

50lb swings
3 rounds of 15 swings

50 pull-ups
100 sit-ups
