Lat Pull down: 5 rounds
110lbs 15 reps
120lbs 12 reps
160lbs 10 reps
180lbs 8 reps
200lbs 4 reps x2
(superset each round with 15 push-ups)
50lb swings
3 rounds of 15 swings
50 pull-ups
100 sit-ups
