CMS administrators are effen crooks. Unwilling to change/bend or even be open to logical solutions for a problem they helped cause. They freeze teacher salaries for 3 years straight yet some how they always find money in the "budget" to give them selves raises. They won't listen to parents that offer help maybe because it will cut into the greedy bastards wallets. Fire the superintendent and it's immediate supporting staff. Budget problem fixed...
