Steady......stay steady....stay the course...

  The call finally came....the meeting finally happened and I have been accepted to move forward towards my ultimate goal.  Trying the entire time over two hours not to jump out of my skin due to nerves, fatigue and overall anxiety.  Patience and determination to prove that I will not be denied where I feel I belong.  To be in the house to freedom radiates from....


Movement Prep: 15 mins 

Hips are tight, legs are stiff and shoulders are just starting to recover.


Incline Press: 95lbs (3x 12 reps)

Bent over DB Row - 45lb (3x 8reps)

Bar Shoulder Press - 50lb (3x 8reps)
- superset
Pull -up (4x 8 reps)

Hangclean - 135lb (3x 5reps)
 
Hanging Leg Raise (3x 5 reps)
- superset
Push-ups (3x 12 reps)

Movement Prep cool down: 10 mins

That's all Ive got in me today.  Between work and my complete lack of consistency when it has come to training I share only in the humiliation that I have fallen so far and yet I can't afford to not be here.  I'll begin two-a-day training tomorrow morning, I have the plan to execute.  Just need to find the energy from somewhere to make this dream into a reality....I wish I could pray....but I know it will fall on def ears for lack of praise....
