The day drags on...

Movement Prep: 12 mins

Flat Bench (135lbs)
 - superset
Foot Incline Push-ups
12 reps x4

Upright Row (75lbs)
 - superset
Pull -up
10 reps x4

"...I guess I'm just fed up of this American entitlement.  Just tired of this hypocrisy that fuels the egos of these pathetic carbon based beings...I have to share my oxygen, my energy and my well-being in the same space they waste day after day..."

Single Arm Shoulder Press (65lbs) 5x5

"...all I can think about is just ramming their teeth through the back of their g*% d@!# head!  ...tell me how to do this job again...tell me how it should be you lazy fat F*$&!  when your dragged out into the streets by the rioting masses bend on chaos....you'll look up and scream out (HELP ME!!!)  I will look down, kneel to you and whisper....no....." 
This is just another small window into what I have been keeping up with.  My frequency as increased with more occurrences during the week and more on the weekends.  If my brothers don't get rest, then neither should I.  I hope to be able to get more samples on here as these days start getting more and more constant.  I look forward to seeing you there...

"...getting burned out... looking for a fight...maybe I should take some time away from these freaks....just an excuse for them to just get in my way...they keep on picking and trying to get a rise...don't worry...when all Hell! does come to pass...I will see you there only to watch you get ienveloped by the fire...and I will laugh...
