Another good day...

Today was perhaps one of the longest while on the job. Basically working about 10 hours straight and stopping long enough only to take client calls and a piss break! I still managed to have some energy to force myself to the gym....

...and we all know how we feel after a workout after a long day...

Did the full body circuit for one round of 20 reps to get the body and blood moving then into the working sets.


7 rounds of.

115lbs of SEALS, 5 reps
(superset)
8 BW dips
8 BW Pull-ups

3 rounds of.

35lb DB
Push-Pulls
5 reps per side per round....

Another good day....
