Relay...May 20th

I decided to move all of my heavy equipment (kettlebells/heavy bags) from my old place to my home. So I set up a relay to test and see how much of my stamina/strength in my lower extermities I have lost. I surprised by the results since it has been almost 5 months since I have performed any type of event...

Each run up two flights of stairs consisted of at least 75lbs.

I had:
1/ 2pood KB (88lbs)
2/ 1/25pood KB (45lbs)
4/ 1pood KB (35lbs)
1/ .75pood kb (25lbs)
2/ Heavy bags (90lbs, 75lbs)

I managed to get all equipment moved 30 yds from first flight to steps before ascending 2 levels.
All of this was performed at a 80% intensity since it was after work, and already with a workout under me.

Total time: 10.42 mins

That was with an extra run with clean clothes basket and time to park the car.

I'll see what has more for me later...
