A nice day for RKC...

Worked on opening up my tight hips, I have a long week a head of me and I can not afford to getting impaired now.

Spent about 10 mins getting loose, started the stereo and started to sweat.

1 pood Halo's 3 rounds 10 reps/side
(superset)
15 elevated pushups: 3 rounds
(superset)
Russian Swings: 3 rounds 20 reps

Windmills: 3 rounds 5 reps/side
Clean & Press: 3 rounds 5 reps/side (1.25 pood)
1 pood Hip circules: 10 reps/side

Alternate weight deadlifts
5 rounds, 10 reps
Military push-ups
4 rounds, 12 reps

Movement prep at the end to open up my legs, and back.
