Late night circuit..May 14th

Another long week and it's only getting hotter in the truck. No AC and its mostly a giant metal can. 10 hours later in a cab pushing 95 degree, I managed to get in a round of 150 push-ups and 150 curls followed by some flexibility work for another 20 mins....tomorrow I hope to get more out of myself with some recovery under my belt.
