Had a relatively light day at work and managed to get most of my stops done early. This lead to me getting the afternoon off and managed to tie up some loose ends on some errands I have been meaning to get done.
Didn't really start this circuit till later in the evening though. Time flies when your in domestic life...
2 rounds of 10 reps per movement.
I tried to keep a continuous circuit so as to take as little of a break in between each movement.
-Incline Body Presses
-Flys
-1 legged presses /side
-Horizontal Body Rows
-Power Pull
I did one more round of each movement of 8 reps and taking my time on each repetition so as to squeeze the muscles as hard as I could.
I also finished with one round of Tricep extensions and High Bicep curls for 10 repetitions to finish off.
In the cool breeze it was hard to get a sweat going but I still managed to raise my body tempature.
Came inside and worked on Russian Pumps for about another ten minutes to keep my legs and back open. They have been getting progressively tight yet I still have full range of motion and movement. I'll have to research to find what is going on.
